1. To be hosted at the B&B is essential to produce an identity document, valid. Failing that, will be refused acceptance reviews
2. The day of departure rooms must be vacated by 10.30 exhaustively. Other hours can be agreed at the discretion of the resp. B & B A delay in the expected time will be charged an additional night.
In all indoor and outdoor areas provided by the B & B is absolutely forbidden to smoke and consume alcohol or drugs. Will apply the sanctions law
3. It 'may not consume food in the room and turn on stove and open flame of any kind.
4. No pets of any size.
5. The bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned daily from 10.30 to 12.00. If employed in these hours cleaning will be done the next day. Please have your belongings so that such cleaning
6. Payment can be made only upon arrival in cash (no credit cards accepted). Even the balance of your stay must be paid in cash upon arrival. "If the customer takes possession of the rooms booked and that have been reserved, or if he leaves before the agreed day, the manager of B & B has the right to claim compensation for breach of contract rate of up to three days of the price Room. 7. It is not allowed to bring other people in the house than those of room reservation
Damage done to the B & B, after finding of liability must be paid by the host in accordance with the resp. B & B
8. It requires silence in respect for the usual hours (3:00 p.m. to 16:30 and 23:00 to 08:00).
9. Breakfast is served from 8:00 to 9:30 unless otherwise agreed with the resp. the B & B. The classic Italian breakfast is provided, including coffee, tea, milk, juices and prepackaged products. For special needs make arrangements in advance with a minimum of 24 hours notice, "the performance (specifically requested by the customer) will be charged separately from the room." 10. Water is a precious commodity, not waste it.
11. All guests are required to behave as a polite and civil disturbance and avoid nuisance to persons or property within the property
12. The linen is changed every two days on arrival and stay for towels and sheets every four days.
13. You can not leave any other object in the hallways or common areas. The B & B is not responsible for personal items left unattended.
14. Take care to extinguish the light of the rooms, air conditioners and other equipment when you are outside the room
